VSB was founded in 2004 with the objective of investing in commercial real estate in Mexico and creating long term and stable shareholder distributions. We employ a “buy and hold” strategy.  Management is optimistic about the great potential for the Mexican economy, and we are greatly encouraged by the investments made in the country by so many important companies and investors.

The Company owns 3 properties in Cancun and Mexico City.  Our rental agreements are inflation protected, and provide exposure both to the USD and the MXP.  We employ a conservative financial strategy and have a loan to value ratio below 50%.  VSB has a close relationship with some of Mexico’s major financial institutions.

We believe that the high quality of our properties, including the first LEED certified office building in Cancun designed by Jaime Guzman, combined with our attention to detail and focus on our customer’s needs, will result in achieving our long term objectives.
