Edificio Parque Kabah was developed by VSB and is a class A office building in downtown Cancun facing the beautiful ecological Kabah Park.  The building’s spaces all have direct frontal views of the park.

Total construction area of 2,526 m2 (26,421 square feet) with parking for 67 cars.  Building was designed by renowned Mexican architect Jaime Guzman.  It is the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building in Cancun.  The building addresses Cancun’s chronic shortage of parking spaces, by being the only building in the immediate area with underground covered parking spaces.
